Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field or higher qualification

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Section Head.
  • Strictly perform part inspections at respective site as per drawing and control plan.
  • To ensure all documentation relating to inspection are correctly filled.
  • Approve and check the 1st piece and last piece for Production to run the order.
  • Ensure that parts rejected found at respective site are identified with rejection sticker and segregated. Where applicable, to ensure all rejected parts found are kept in red bin.
  • To immediately feedback on occurrence on non-conformance at Production to Section Head.
  • Ensure that all QA test equipment used are kept in order.
  • Ensure that important reports such as are Daily IPOA rejection summary, Issuance of CAR, Weekly IPQA Report or any other report requested by the Management are generated accordingly.
  • Responsible to stop production to correct any Quality problem. Ensure that 5S and filling is practiced and followed.
  • To carry out any other job assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Description

  • Report directly to the Assistant Manager / Manager.
  • To produce preventive maintenance individually for all production machinery and other building equipment.
  • To perform routine checks on machineries and to record down observations.
  • To do necessary servicing, repairs, installation and fabrication as instructed by immediate superior.
  • To ensure all production machineries and other facilities equipment are in good working order.
  • To ensure any installation and repairing carried out must follow proper procedures with the usage of the right relevant documents.
  • To ensure that workplace maintain good housekeeping.
  • To carry out any other job assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Experience in Metal Stamping industry is an added advantage.

Description

  • Report directly to the Head of Department.
  • To ensure production are running strictly according to schedules.
  • To inform Tooling Storage on tooling requirements for production and to ensure correct materials are available and continuous supply during production.
  • To ensure smooth operation by following strictly to the correct Work Procedure and Instruction in accordance to the parts that are being run.
  • To inform immediate superior on any production problems.
  • To ensure full attendance of sub-ordinates and responsible for their disciplinary problems.
  • To ensure all reports and documents related to production are correct and submitted to other PIC for data entry and filing purposes (eg. All rejected parts are transferred to MRB on daily basis with a complete NCMR forms. For any sorting / rework activities, SRI (Sorting Rework Instruction must be completely filled up. For jigs, the Masterlist must be updated accordingly.)
  • To ensure all necessary information of daily operation is captured accurately and submitted to the next PIC in timely manner. (eg. Stock accuracy are monitored accordingly. For transferring of parts, PTN (Part Transfer Note) must be filled up.)
  • To ensure those responsible update the daily operation information in the provided form accurately and in timely manner (eg. Daily Production Output and NP Chart.)
  • To carry out any other job assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
  • To keep 5S in good condition.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be able to read, write and understand working instruction.

Description

  • Report directly to the Production Supervisor.
  • Must ensure work area is cleaned at all times.
  • To segregate clearly good parts from rejected parts.
  • Operators are not allowed to change any feeder and machine settings (set by Tool Setter) during production.
  • Operators must stop the machine immediately if they face any problems and must inform Leader/Supervisor immediately.
  • Any process abnormalities (deviation from normal process) must be highlighted to Leader/Supervisor.
  • To record hourly output, machine utilization and quantity/type of defects.
  • Must wear *uniform, *badge, *safety shoes and other safety equipments at all time while at working area (* N/A to Temp. Workers).
  • To carry out any other job assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
